It usually takes 2-4 business days for our team to process your order & dispatch it. 

Our Shipping Options:

Standard International Shipping (Insured): 8 – 14 Business days.

Standard : 10 – 20 Business days

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us with tracking info for your order.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If you have not received your order, please reach out to us without delay. We value excellent customer service, and in the rare event that you experience a delay in receiving your order, we will make every effort to locate your shipment and resolve the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for you.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Kindly be aware that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been tracked as delivered. It is important to note that we highly recommend selecting a secure delivery address to mitigate any potential issues. Ensuring the delivery address is secure will help safeguard your order and minimize the risk of any delivery-related concerns.

Wrong Address But Item Already Shipped

Ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address is your responsibility. In the event that you mistakenly provide an incorrect address while placing your order but notify us before the item is shipped, we will make every effort to update the address to the correct one (please note that this cannot be guaranteed). However, if you inform us after your order has already been shipped, it will be considered an error on your part, and we will not be able to offer a refund. Therefore, we strongly advise carefully reviewing your shipping address to avoid any errors. If you do realize a mistake, please notify us before your order is shipped so that we may assist you with an address change, if possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
